Parazelsus Pakistan is a specialized distributor of healthcare and FMCG products with full logistics /warehousing, retail distribution, institutional sales, brand development capabilities leveraging its digital platform to provide nationwide distribution network for leading healthcare and FMCG brands.

Our objective was to conduct a thorough review of the organization's current HR landscape through HR interviews and stakeholder consultation and then redesign an end to end human resources function driven by cutting edge practices and HR technology across the entire organisation.

Mountain Climbers Leadership Simulation - EFU Life Assurance

EFU Life, known as industry pioneers, introduced unit linking in 1994, revolutionizing the life insurance sector. They are leaders in Pakistan for introducing life benefits, such as Critical Illness Products, Education Planning Products, and Pension Plans. These innovations highlight their dedication to meeting diverse market needs.

Based on a global award winning gamified leadership simulation, we designed a full day simulation leadership challenge for the senior management team. The leadership program was designed for a full day (8 hours) to deliver an integrated learning experience that blends simulation play and application to real time workplace challenges. The overarching objective was to engage participants in an immersive, time bound competitive challenge and then facilitate discussion to link experiences with real time workplaces scenarios and relevant problem-solving process.

Briefing on Simulation Play: Introducing participants to learning objectives, familiarizing teams with the user interface screens and key toggles, and other salient information that needs to be understood before embarking on the challenge.

Simulation Play: Facilitating teams during play to maximize engagement and participation. The progress and scores of teams was continuously being monitored through data driven dashboards

Debriefing on Learning Outcomes: The simulation play was followed by a team-based exercise to facilitate an interactive dialogue on key learning outcomes. The methodology was centered on the Socratic Method whereby the values and beliefs which frame and support the thoughts and statements of the probing questions were asked in an effort to expose participants. The responses were further probed to reveal linkages between learning outcomes of the simulation and routine workplace behaviours.

Key observations on leadership behaviours : These wwere shared with the client towards the end across a range of defined competencies that were assessed and collated both via the software and observations of the learning facilitator.

Peak performance is an important driver to maintain an organization's sustained competitive advantage but how does one sustain peak performance on an ongoing basis? For most, peak performance translates into feeling centerd during chaos, pursuing goals consistently, feeling good, and operating at optimum cognition levels. To tap into sustainable peak performance, emotional intelligence is the key. Our client recognized the need to invest in the emotional intelligence competencies of its employees to hone their interpersonal skill set and worked with SLC to launch a corporate learning intervention.
We worked with the participants over a month to deliver targeted learning experiences to enable the participants to discover and apply the specific nuances of emotional intelligence competencies. The learning cohort embarked on the journey to self discovery in an experiential learning design to deliver affective, behavioural and cognitive facets of learning.
